Quick Morning Run
Actually, I didn't run that quickly, but I needed to fit in a run in the morning before leaving late morning for the Clarion vs IUP football game. About 40 minute easy run through Hartwood.
This is a workout journal and more. I haven't kept a workout journal in years. I used to do it for running back in college and for weightlifting. But now I do a variety of workouts and don't really track what I do. This is my attempt to get back into that, and maybe talk about working out in general. Your comments are welcome!
